Last weekend my family and I celebrated my Grandpa’s 86th birthday in the new location for Carluccio’s Restaurant in Glasthule. I’m a big fan of Carluccio’s on Dawson Street so I had high hopes & standards for the food at their new restaurant. I shared starters with my brother & uncle, and they were pretty delicious! My lobster main was quite tasty and my dessert was plentiful, though they did fall short of their usual standard. The staff was excellent in catering to our needs (two young children and a vegetarian amongst a party of 13) and the final bill was rather reasonable considering we all ordered a three-course lunch with drinks, cocktails, wine & coffees. I do recommend trying Carluccio’s though, especially with their new close-to-the-sea location.
