As you may have already gathered, I am a big foodie! I genuinely think about food before and after I’ve eaten, discuss it with friends and family, and share my photos and experiences on this blog and via my social network. But there are SO MANY more restaurants, cafés, bars and eateries I have yet to try – and so I have The Eat List. This is a collection of (mainly) restaurants at which I’ve always wanted to dine in, but have yet to visit. From those in my own city of Dublin, to those around Ireland, Europe and even further afoot. It’s rather like a bucket list, but for foodie places!
