Today marks the 3 Year Anniversary of when my Mam passed away. After visiting her grave and planting new flowers, my Dad, big brother and I went for lunch in Manifesto for some tasty pizzas. Their 12″ pizzas have a lovely smoky flavour to them as they’re baked in a stone pizza oven at the front of house, with fresh delicious toppings. On Sundays there is a brilliant €10 Pizza & Soft Drink lunch deal, though they allowed me to have tea with my meal instead. Great service, delicious food, highly recommend it!
